Order Processing

All of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. Orders typically ship within 2 to 9 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Product Quality

We use natural, skin-safe ingredients in all our products. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur  this is completely normal and reflects the artisanal nature of our brand.

Hygiene & Safety

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges. Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us prior to sending any return.
