FAQ – Shipping & Tracking – Jireh’s Glow Studio
At Jireh’s Glow Studio, we handle every order with care and love. Once your order is ready and handed to a trusted courier (PostNL, DHL, or FedEx), we provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Tracking Your Order
When will I receive my tracking information? As soon as your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace number.
Where should I check for my tracking email? The tracking email might sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder, so please check there if you haven’t received it in your inbox.
How do I track my package? Simply click the link in the Track & Trace email to see real-time updates from the courier. This way, you can always know where your package is.
Once Your Package Has Been Shipped
What happens after my order is handed to the courier? Once we hand over your package, it is in the courier’s care. We no longer have direct control over the delivery, but we always choose trusted shipping partners and provide tracking so you can monitor your package.
Can my package be delayed or lost? While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays or lost packages may occur during transit. These situations are beyond our control.
What if my package is lost by the courier? If a package is lost, we can start an investigation with the courier. In cases where the package cannot be recovered, packages are covered up to €50. Please note that amounts above this are not reimbursed.
Can I change the delivery method after shipment? Once your order is shipped, the delivery method cannot be changed.
Local Pickup Option
If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your order directly at our studio, giving you full control over collection and avoiding shipping delays. Keep in mind that this is not always an option or possible.

Maximum reimbursement for lost packages is €50.
