Order Processing

All of our products are carefully prepared from handcrafted skincare to premium hair bundles. To ensure quality and freshness:

Orders are processed within 2 to 9 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before processing begins.

Product Quality & Natural Variations

We take pride in using natural, skin-safe ingredients and high-grade human hair in all our products.

Due to the handmade nature of our skincare and the natural texture of human hair, minor variations in color, scent, or texture may occur. This is a normal part of artisanal and natural products and does not affect quality or effectiveness.

Hygiene & Safety

To protect the safety of all our customers:

We do not accept exchanges on any of our products due to hygiene reasons.
We strongly encourage you to double-check your selections (especially hair type, texture, and length) before completing your order.
Hair bundles cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is processed and shipped.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Hair products are final sale and non-returnable due to hygiene and fulfillment procedures.
