Shipping Information

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Your glow deserves to reach every corner of the globe.

• Shipping time: Varies depending on your location

• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package in real time.

Hair Bundles – Important Notice

Our hair bundles are made from 100% real human hair and meet the highest standards. For hygienic reasons and due to the custom nature of these items, the following terms apply:

• Hair orders are final sale  we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed and shipped.

• Because of how our fulfillment system works, it is not possible to change your hair order (texture, length, or type) after it has been confirmed.

• If your hair order has not yet been processed, changes may still be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your order.

Skincare Products – Returns & Hygiene

Our natural skincare products are handcrafted in small batches with high-quality, skin-loving ingredients. Because of their personal use and hygiene sensitivity:

• We do not offer exchanges on skincare products.

• You may return a product within 14 days of delivery, but only if it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Although our skincare products are made with 100% natural ingredients, skin sensitivity is personal.

• We ask all customers to review the ingredient list carefully before use.
