Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking updates so you can follow your glow all the way home.
Where do you currently ship?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we’re working hard to get your skincare or hair bundles to your doorstep. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link provided to track your package directly via the courier.
What if my order is delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at jirehsglowhaven@gmail.com

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, unopened and unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. This excludes hair products due to hygiene and processing protocols.
Are hair bundles returnable or exchangeable?
No, all hair purchases are final. Once the order is processed, changes or returns are no longer possible due to hygiene and shipment preparation. If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to make changes please contact us right away.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Absolutely. All Jireh’s Glow Haven products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free never tested on animals, and made without animal-derived ingredients.
How should I store my skincare?
Keep your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always close lids tightly after use to maintain freshness.
